PHYSELITE was conceived 3 years ago when Asa and Julian, who were working in the same facility, realized the need for a working model that seamlessly integrated sports medicine and high performance training. They understood that such a model would cater to the needs of both clinical clients and athletes. Skilled sports medicine and rehab clinicians would provide in-house management and screening of injuries for athletes. At the same time, clinical rehab clients would benefit from in-house exercise therapy and progressive strengthening programs backed by research, which are the most effective forms of rehabilitation. With the current team in place, PHYSELITE can now provide comprehensive, evidence-based high performance training and sports injury rehabilitation services.
